Area Five Membership Summit

“Not just another gathering”

Goal: The Summit will focus on recruiting and strengthening CUB Scouting across the Area as a key to long term approach to strengthening membership across the Scouting program. Provide an opportunity for volunteer Scouters and Scouting Professionals to learn from one another and share best practices in membership.

Target:  Council & District Membership Chairs and Committees, All levels of Commissioners, Key Volunteer Scouters,  Key Scouting Professionals, anyone interested in Membership

Focus:  Cub Scouting as the key to membership and insuring the relevance of the Scouting Program for Area 5 Youth into the future.

• A discussion of successes or lessons learned lead by selected Area 5 Council Membership Chairmen
• Introduction of new tools –Target Analysis (Research and Program Innovation)
